This easy toffee apple dip calls for three simple ingredients and takes just minutes to whip up. The creamy, caramelly, nutty flavors pair perfectly with apples or other fruit!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I love this dip! I took it to a church activity last night and the girls were literally licking the plate I brought it on. I have never had so many requests for a recipe before, it was almost embarrassing to admit it was so easy. Thanks! -Meghan

How to Make Toffee Apple Dip

This delicious dip is so easy to make! Like, don’t blink or you’ll miss it. It comes together fast with three simple ingredients!

  1. Whip together the cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in the toffee bits.
  3. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  4. Serve with apple slices.

The apple dip is sweet and creamy, nutty and caramelly. It’s amazing how such simple ingredients can combine into such a delicious concoction!

Ingredients Notes

  • Cream Cheese: I prefer using full fat cream cheese, but lowfat/neufchatel cream cheese can be used. The dip may be slightly runnier if using lowfat cream cheese. Let the cream cheese soften to room temperature before using in the recipe.
  • Brown Sugar: This ingredient adds sweetness and a wonderful depth of flavor to the dip. Light or dark brown sugar can be used. You can adjust the amount of brown sugar to taste.
  • Toffee Bits: The most common brand of already-chopped toffee bits is the Heath brand (where I live). Readers have reported that the plain toffee bits or the chocolate covered toffee bits work great in this dip.

Pro Tip: You can also add a dash of vanilla to the dip if you’d like!

How to Serve This Dip:

Store the dip in the refrigerator until ready to serve. It stays fairly soft, but you can let it soften a bit more at room temperature before serving, if desired.

Serve the toffee apple dip with apple slices! The crispy, juicy apples with the creamy, caramelly dip is fantastic.
