Easy Cinnamon Honey Butter

Ingredients

½ cup salted butter, softened
¼ cup honey
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together until light and creamy, 2-3 minutes, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
Store in a covered container in the refrigerator and bring to room temperature before serving for easier spreading.

Notes

Butter: if using unsalted butter, add about 1/4 teaspoon salt.
