My Mom's Homestyle Stew
Ingredients
- 1 can minestrone soup
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 cup water
- 1 to 1 ½ pounds stew meat
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3-4 carrots, thickly sliced
- 3-4 potatoes, cut into chunks
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all in a crockpot.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours or high 4-5 hours.
